SantopreneTM and DytronTM XL Rubber Compounds

Thermoplastic elastomer compounds combine the performance properties of thermoset rubber with the processing ease of plastic. SantopreneTM TPEs provide flexibility, low compression set, and processing ease. TPEs provide good fluid resistance and can be processed using injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, or other melt processing techniques. SantopreneTM TPVs (thermoplastic vulcanizate) offer the additional benefits of being a non-hygroscopic, easy-to-color, low impurity compound. DytronTM XL rubber compounds are halogen-free, flame-retardant TPEs.

SantopreneTM lead free TPV grades for both wet and dry electrical applications are formulated to be compliant with European standards RoHS, WEEE, and ELV as well as U.S. standards EPCRA and California Prop. 65.

Application areas include: automotive, construction, medical, food and beverage, electrical, appliance and consumer electronic markets.
