TPE Compounds
Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) compounds are a family of flame-retardant grades, some of which are dynamically crosslinked. These compounds have a good balance of physical and aging properties.
Applications include heat-sensing cables, appliance wire and flame-retardant insulation, and computer cables.

Compound Density Applications
TPE52800.89 A colorable, olefin-based TPE, designed for low voltage flexible cable, welding cable and general purpose cable jacketing. This dynamically cross-linked compound offers a low-modulus and excellent low temperature flexibility. Can be used for 105°C temperature rating applications. Complies with the EU RoHS directive.
TPE54900.89 A colorable, olefin-based TPE designed for wire and cable insulation and jacketing, pump cable, flexible cord insulation and fixture applications. Also suitable for use in 75°C wet locations. Complies with the EU RoHS directive.
TPE5575R1.35 An olefin-Based, non-Decabrom, FR TPE designed for wire and cable insulation and jacketing applications. TPE5575R offers exceptional flexibility (75A) and flame resistance. Can be used for 125°C UL rated appliance wire. Complies with the EU RoHS directive.
TPE5595, TPE5595R1.31 An olefin-Based FR TPE designed for 125°C UL rated appliance wire and other flame retardant insulation and jacketing applications where high temperature performance and excellent flame resistance are required. TPE5595 is rated V-0 by UL Standard 94 at a minimum thickness of 0.062" and is capable of achieving a VW-1 flame resistance on 14 AWG or larger constructions per UL Standard 1581. TPE5595R is the non-decabrom, EU RoHS-compliant version.
TPE5595C, TPE5595CR1.30 A colorable, olefin-Based, UV-Resistant FR TPE designed for 125°C UL rated appliance wire and other flame retardant insulation and jacketing applications where high temperature performance and UV resistance are required. TPE5595C meets the UL requirement for tray cable flame resistance. TPE5595CR is the non-decabrom, UV resistant version which complies with the EU RoHS directive.
TPE59651.03 A semi-conductive TPE designed to be used as strand shield, insulation shield and conductive jackets for high voltage power cables. TPE5965 is a semi-conductive compound designed to meet the requirements of ICEA, AEIC and UL 1072 without curing.
TPE0791, TPE0791R 1.39 An olefin-based halogenated, FR TPE designed for appliance wire, ribbon cable and other high temperature, flame retardant insulating and jacketing applications. TPE791 is pre-colored grey. TPE791R is the non-decabrom version which complies with the EU RoHS directive.
TT100FR1.37 A halogenated, FR, low density polyolefin which offers an excellent balance of flame retardance, process ability and electrical and physical properties. TT100FR can be foamed by gas injection or by the addition of a suitable chemical blowing agent. It may be used as an insulating material for data grade multi-pair and solid coaxial cable constructions.
PR20031.30 A track-resistant, UV masterbatch for use in moisture cure and cross-linkable compounds. Addition rates of 9% have proven to be effective in achieving UV resistance. Available in grey and Black.
